Lead of Faculty
The Lead of Faculty for Nautical Science provides academic and professional leadership across all deck and navigation programs.
This role ensures curriculum alignment with International Maritime Organization (IMO) regulations and STCW Convention requirements, while maintaining instructional quality, assessment integrity, and operational relevance. The Lead of Faculty works closely with instructors, assessors, and industry partners to uphold international training standards.
