Introduction to the Faculty

The Faculty of Certified Hospitality Management is a multidisciplinary academic unit dedicated to developing highly skilled hospitality professionals for global service industries.

Faculty members deliver training tailored to maritime hospitality environments such as cruise ships and passenger vessels, as well as land-based hospitality sectors including hotels, resorts, and international service operations. Training focuses on service quality, operational efficiency, guest safety, and cultural adaptability.

Programs are structured to build both hands-on service competence and supervisory and management capability, enabling graduates to progress from operational roles to leadership positions.

The Lead of Faculty for Certified Hospitality Management provides academic leadership and strategic oversight across all hospitality programs.
